Liquid State Brewing is pleased to offer booking opportunities for your next Private Event!  Due to the busy nature of our brewery, times for bookings are limited. Please see below for the available booking slots, pricing, and services.

 

Exclusive booking is available for the following time slots only.  

(A minimum of two hours is required for all bookings.  No exceptions.)  

 

Monday:         3pm-8pm

Tuesday:         3pm-8pm

Wednesday    3pm-6pm

Thursday:        3pm-8pm

Friday:             3pm-6pm

Saturday:         12pm-6pm

Sunday:           2pm-7pm

 

Booking inquiries must be made at least 3 weeks in advance and there is no guarantee of availability. You will have the choice for guests to pay their own way for drink service, or have one single event tab.  A 20% gratuity will be placed on all single tab events.  

 

Outside catering is permissible. ​​Ask about our Preferred Caterer List.​

 

PRICING (minimum of 2 hours)

 ​

Parties  up to 75 guests

• $175 an hour for room use fee

• $25/hour for Staff or Bartender 

• Private bartender for smaller parties are subject to availability.

• 20% gratuity on tab 

 

Parties of 75-150 guests

• $175 an hour for room use fee

• $50/hour for 2 Staff or Bartenders 

• 20% gratuity on tab

 

Room use includes exclusive use of our Barrel Room, access to audio and visual equipment, water service, 4 beers on tap (for parties with a private bartender) and preference on table arrangement or room set up.  Additional wine/cider can be available if interested.  Full service bar is always available in our main Beer Hall for guests if desired. All beverages must be purchased through Liquid State. No outside beverages are permitted.
